Instructional Designers – Sr. & Mid-level - BS/MA or higher in related field preferred. 3 + yrs exp required for Mid. level & 5 + yrs exp required for Sr. level. Knowledge and experience with ILT, WBT, LMS/LCMS, Section 508 and SCORM. ISD and Adult Learning Principles a must.

Graphic Artist – Mid-level -5+ years exp designing graphics for web-based courses, interfaces for interactive multimedia. Working knowledge and experience using Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, DeBabelizer, Animator Pro, CorelDRAW, 3D Studio.

Courseware Programmer – Mid level courseware developer 2+ years exp. in html, JavaScript, css and Flash development, Dreamweaver with a focus in online and computer based training courseware. In addition, candidates must be knowledgeable of SCORM, 508 Compliance, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or LCMSs. Candidates must have excellent communications skills and the ability to work well in teams. Knowledge of ASP, PHP programming skills a plus.
