Background: TSP has been a prime contractor for the Internal Revenue Service since 2002 in which time we have designed and developed various resource centers/learning aids. The original Management Aspects to EEO was a PowerPoint presentation and due to changes in the law, TSP was contracted to redesign the entire course to include new content, assessments and the course must be Section 501, 508 and SCORM compliant. The course is launched within the IRS ELMS and Plateau LMS. TSP was the first vendor to successfully launch and pass a course within both LMS’ on our first attempt. The final course was delivered two weeks early. Our team of programmers worked with the IRS to debug the template so that others would be successful. Notes: This program can be categorized as a hybrid/blended or web-based training solution. TSP is the prime on this effort. All aspects from conception to full implementation were conducted by TSP.
