Background: This automated assessment has been developed to evaluate the effectiveness of the training received by IRS Field Assistance employees and identify training gaps. This information will also be used to establish the return on investment for employee training. The TRR TAB is a battery of 103 separate assessments and 13 Case Studies with over 1200 total questions. The types of questions range from basic multiple choice questions to completing forms and a variety of screens used on the job by employees. |

Read the instructions, then click on the link at the bottom of the page to launch the project sample. Once you have accessed the course: Step 1 Select a Demo user ID, then click the Submit button. Step 2 Click on the Guided Tour link. Take a few moments to review the guided tour. Step 3 Click on the W&I link. Step 4 Click on the TRR Technical Assessment Battery link. Step 5 Click on Intermediate level. Step 6 Click on Collections category. Step 7 Click on Installment Agreements assessment. |

Step 3 Click on Advanced Tax Law Case Study 1. Case Studies have been created to assess the users knowledge in multiple areas. When the user enters a case study, they can proceed as long as they are on the correct path. If however, they end up on the wrong path, they will be exited from the case study. You will receive a results screen that provides your score as a percent in addition to identifying those target areas where you missed questions. Feel free to answer the questions. |
